Step 1: Choosing a Site

Once you have chosen your building site and have a conception of your preferred house design and needs, Snow Custom Builders will work with you to determine both the best house design to fit your needs and compliment the house to the building site. If you do not already have your own working plans Bill Snow will personally work with you to design your new house based on your inputs and his creative design experience.

Step 2: Planning and Design

Bill Snow personally works with the client to determine the very layout and design of their custom home. If you do not have your own house plans, Bill will work with you to develop plans according to your individual expectations and desires. You specified the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, work areas, etc. Conceptual drawings are completed first, along with preliminary specifications. Once the concept is worked out and preliminary drawings are approved by you the final working drawings are drawn along with final specifications.

Step 3: Selecting the Building Materials & Appliances

After you settle on a design and location, you will need to identify all of the materials and finishes that you want to go along with it. In order to create a truly custom home you have the choice of every color, texture, fixture, appliance and flooring used to create your dream home.

Step 4: Construction

Bill Snow handles every aspect of the sub-contracting and personally supervises the house building process from lot preparation to house completion. He utilizes reputable and quality contractors, all of whom he has worked with before, to ensure quality construction. This commitment to personal involvement ensures that the homeowner is the boss and they receive outstanding service.
